Joseph Fulton, EIT, is a Senior Project Engineer at BPGS Construction with experience starting from June 2019. Joseph has successfully planned, executed, and finalized projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets, coordinating team members and third-party contractors. Prior to the current role, Joseph served as Project Engineer II and Project Engineer at the same company and completed an internship in construction management at the University of Delaware, along with a municipal agreements internship. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering with a focus on Facilities Design and Construction from the University of Delaware, graduated in 2019.
