Brad Bossence

Brad Bossence has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Brad is currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Building Plastics, Inc. (BPI) since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Operations at Monogram Foods from November 2021 to February 2023. Brad also held the position of Operations Director at Volvo Group from September 2018 to November 2021, where they managed various operations and distribution functions. Before joining Volvo Group, they worked at LeanCor Supply Chain Group from 2010 to 2018, serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy and Customer Solutions. Brad was responsible for leading the supply chain consulting practice and overseeing numerous material flow projects. Brad's earlier experience includes roles at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. as the General Manager of Operations from 2004 to 2010 and as the Contract Operations/Start-Up Manager for Automotive Industry from 2000 to 2004. Throughout their career, Brad has gained expertise in various industries, including automotive, industrial machinery, food and beverage, medical devices, packaging, retail, and more. Brad has a proven track record of driving growth, improving customer focus, and managing profit and loss effectively. Brad has also contributed to inventory reduction and working capital improvement through lean six sigma methodologies.

Brad Bossence completed their education at various institutions.
