Amy Rubinstein is an experienced coach and facilitator currently serving at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business since February 2014, where coaching is provided to MBA students and alumni. In addition, Rubinstein is an executive coach at BRAVANTI, a global consulting firm, and is the principal at Base Talent Solutions LLC, focusing on organizational development. Previous roles include faculty positions at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and Kendall College, along with executive coaching at Kensington International, which is part of Career Partners International. Rubinstein's earlier experience includes talent management consulting at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and leadership roles in recruitment and executive education. Rubinstein holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Arizona.
