Ron Sipiora

Ron Sipiora has a diverse work experience in the fields of human resources and leadership development. Ron started their career at Aon Consulting in 1996 as a Senior Vice President, where they worked with clients on various HR challenges globally. In 2009, they transitioned to Kellogg School of Management as a Facilitator for the Kellogg Board Fellows Class. Since 2010, Ron has held the position of Senior Vice President at BRAVANTI (formerly BPI Group U.S.), focused on executive coaching and outplacement services for leaders and organizations.

Ron Sipiora obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Economics from Augustana College. Ron then went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to college, Ron attended Maine Township High School East.
