Scot Fischer

Scot Fischer has over 28 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Scot started their career with the US Army as an officer in the Corps of Engineers from 1993 to 1998. After that, they worked for Ford Motor Company as a maintenance supervisor and later as a manufacturing engineer and quality engineer. Scot then worked with Cintas as a service manager and general manager, followed by a role as a manufacturing engineer and quality engineer at FN Manufacturing. At FN Manufacturing, Mr. Fischer also held the positions of business unit manager, deputy director of operations, and director of operations. Scot then moved on to become AVP of Operations at FN America, LLC in 2016 before being promoted to VP of Manufacturing & Supply Chain in 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Executive Officer at BPI Outdoors since 2022.

Scot Fischer attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Scot then attended Kettering University from 1999 to 2001, where they received a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Management.
