Gudman Judit

Gudman Judit is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in payroll processing, accounting, and project management. Currently serving as the Innovation and Service Excellence Director at BPiON Services since January 2018, Gudman previously held the position of Client Service Director and Head of Payroll BPO at UCMS Group Hungary from May 2016 to July 2017, as well as leading the Payroll BPO from July 2007 to May 2016. With a strong background in managing teams and delivering payroll services to over 180 multinational clients, Gudman has excelled in strategic management, performance evaluation, and project implementation. Educational qualifications include degrees in Project Management and Agile Leadership, alongside a Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Budapest Business School.
