Rom Diaz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management and operations. As the Director of Operations and Events at FASTFOILS since May 2022 and Project Director at BPL Events since January 2018, Rom specializes in streamlining processes and ensuring successful event execution through meticulous attention to detail. As a co-owner of JUSTB Salon and BSIDE Beauty, Rom has contributed to the salons' reputations as leading beauty destinations in Toronto's east end. Previous roles include managing over 120 events annually at Harry Rosen and serving as an Assistant Director of Development at the AIDS Committee of Toronto. Rom holds a Certificate in Event Management from Humber College and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from York University.
