Carrie Da Costa is a highly experienced operations and quality management professional with a strong background in the plasma services industry. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at BPL Plasma since June 2021, Carrie has held various key positions including Operations Manager at Amazon and Regional Director of Operations at ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC. Carrie’s tenure at Grifols included roles as Academy Manager and Regional Quality Manager, where responsibilities encompassed supervising Quality Managers and enhancing training systems across multiple states. With a foundational experience at Talecris Plasma Resources and BioLife Plasma Services, Carrie consistently drove operational excellence, compliance, and employee development. Carrie holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Development and Leadership from Grand Canyon University and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
