Sarah Carlson

Sarah Carlson is a seasoned construction management professional with a substantial background in project management and senior consultancy roles. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at B+E Consulting Partners since January 2025, Sarah has previously held significant positions including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Sellen Construction from March 2019 to December 2024. With extensive experience at The Walsh Group and Skanska, Sarah has developed expertise in project planning based on lean-construction principles, cost management, and budget control.
