Joe Guffey

Joe Guffey is an experienced engineering and service technician currently employed at Mueller Water Products since May 2023, and at b+m surface systems GmbH since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Joe worked at Shaw Industries from January 2004 to May 2022 as a Lead Technician and Relief Supervisor in Secondary Weave, where responsibilities included assisting with mechanical troubleshooting and project implementation. Additionally, Joe served as a Team Lead for short-term training initiatives, overseeing training programs and ensuring operational effectiveness for new hires and recurrent training, while managing the comprehensive 52-week Sulzer Advanced Technician training program.
