Jill Pappenheimer

Jill Pappenheimer, MBA, SPHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a Partner and Board Director at BPM LLP, where leadership of the HR Consulting practice drives impactful change for clients. As a Chief Member since 2021, Jill supports the advancement of senior women leaders within a dedicated network. With extensive experience as President and Co-Founder of Options4Growth, Jill integrates HR and strategic advising with technology solutions to transform organizational outcomes. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Niman Ranch and Spectrum Settlement Recovery, along with significant contributions to various HR consultancies. Jill holds an MBA in Human Resources and a BA in Psychology from the University of Denver.
