Nick Molliconi

Nick Molliconi, MBA, MS, currently serves as the Director of Business Intelligence and Data Governance at BPM LLP, where responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide data initiatives and establishing data governance committees to ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR and PIPEDA. Previously, Nick held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Boulder Medical Center, directing all financial operations and enhancing reimbursement rates through strategic initiatives. Prior experience also includes serving as Executive Director of Enterprise Analytics & Strategy at Boulder Community Health/Optum, overseeing enterprise-wide projects and managing a team of 15 with successful personnel integration. Educational qualifications include multiple advanced degrees in finance, health care administration, and data science from Regis University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado.
