Rich Bellucci

Rich Bellucci is a Partner at BPM LLP, where since May 2003, Rich has led the SEC practice and participated in public offerings and private placements. In addition to this role, Rich serves as a Board Member for the Santa Clara University Accounting Department Advisory Board, contributing to discussions on curriculum improvement and employment trends since October 2010. Rich has held the position of Board Member and Treasurer for the Almaden Valley Girls Softball League since November 2013, focusing on fostering a positive environment for players. Previously, Rich was a Board Member and Treasurer for the San Francisco 49ers Academy from June 2005 to June 2017, supporting educational excellence for middle school students. Rich began a career in accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Hood & Strong LLP, progressing from Associate to Senior Manager before transitioning to BPM LLP. Rich earned a BA in Business Economics with an Accounting Concentration from UC Santa Barbara and completed the Community Leadership San Jose program in 2010.
