Director, Patient Experience at Getlabs

Lindi Schirmer is currently the Director of Patient Experience at Getlabs. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Customer Care at Fashion Nova from April 2021 to November 2021. In this role, they led a staff of 150+ in North America, Philippines, and Honduras through an omni channel customer service experience overseeing managers and frontline agents that handle phone, email, and chat cases.

Lindi is responsible for defining and owning the entire support lifecycle - implementing best practices, mapping customer journey allocates appropriate resources etc. Lindi also develops strategy, execution roadmap, priorities and investment plan to deliver proactive support vision, deflection and scale/productivity.

In addition, Lindi is responsible for managing all operational metrics for the organization from high-level KPIs to individual scorecards at all levels of the organization. Lindi takes full responsibility for the overall success of customer support organization against group OKRs and company goals.

Lindi provides vision, leadership, and guidance to direct reports; coach and mentor to ensure an energized, motivating work environment and desired business outcomes are achieved. Lindi also helps drive product roadmap to continuously improve customer experience.

They work with Amanda Souders - VP, People, Scott Albrecht - VP, Finance, and Dennis Ernst - Director, Clinical Quality. Lindi Schirmer reports to Kyle Michelson, CEO.
