Russell Burbank

Russell Burbank, CTP, serves as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Burr Pilger Mayer, Inc. since 2005, specializing in advising public and private companies in transitional situations such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, forensic investigations, and business closures. Notably, Burbank acted as Interim CEO for a $15 million electronic components manufacturer following the termination of senior management due to financial improprieties, facilitating an out-of-court asset sale in collaboration with the company’s senior lender. Previously, Burbank held positions as Managing Director at Altma Group and President at both Diamond Shamrock and Thermal Power Company. Burbank earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
