Menon Balakrishnan

Menon Balakrishnan is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in various leadership roles within the sales sector. Currently serving as National Sales Manager at BPO Connect since April 2015, Menon has prior experience as a Sales Consultant at Hudson Energy, where responsibilities included corporate energy contracts procurement. Menon also held the position of Sales Manager - HVAC at Ontario Consumers Home Services, focusing on managing, training, and motivating HVAC sales personnel. Additionally, Menon was an Assistant Manager - Sales at Just Energy, overseeing the hiring and training of sales staff.
