Stijn Hennebel has a wealth of experience in the postal and logistics industry, currently serving as the Director Center of Excellence Process at bpostgroup. With roles in customer support, performance management, network management, and product development, Stijn has played crucial roles in improving operational processes and customer experiences. Prior to their current position, Stijn worked as a consultant at Axen and was involved in various projects at Belgian Post Group. Stijn holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Computer Sciences from Ghent University.
