Robert Campbell

Robert Campbell is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Compounding Specialty Council Member at the Board of Pharmacy Specialties since January 2024. Campbell has held prominent positions at The Joint Commission, including Senior Director of Standards Interpretation, Accreditation Decision Management, and Medication Safety since January 2021, along with prior roles as Director of Standards Interpretation and Director of Medication Management. Additionally, Campbell serves as Co-Chair of the National Coordinating Council for Medication Error Reporting and Prevention since March 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a pharmacist and field surveyor at The Joint Commission from July 2012 to October 2018, and as Director of Pharmacy Services and Director of Performance Improvement/Patient Safety/Regulatory Compliance at Bay Medical Center from June 2000 to October 2013.
