Vivian Turner

Vivian Turner is a Senior Consultant at BPS, where they specialize in performance management and policy analysis for public sector organizations. Previously, they served as Chief Administrator at the Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services and held various leadership roles, including Deputy Director and Administrator, within Franklin County. They also directed the Workforce Development Department at the Columbus Urban League and led efforts at the Columbus Workforce Alliance to improve employment outcomes for low-income residents. Vivian continues their education with a Bachelor of Science degree at D'Youville College.
