Jacob Buhl

Jacob Buhl is a Regional Senior Principal Engineer at B&R Industrial Automation, responsible for overseeing machine vision, software architecture, and AI analysis across Northwest Europe since October 2015. Prior to this, Jacob held various roles at Alfa Laval, including Automation Team Leader and Automation Software Specialist, focusing on project management and software development in automation technologies. Jacob's experience also includes consulting for international OEM clients, leading projects, and managing technical modifications. Additionally, Jacob has a strong academic background, holding multiple degrees from Aalborg University in fields such as Computer Vision and Electrical Engineering, and has pursued further education in IT Management and Scrum methodology. Jacob's engineering expertise is complemented by volunteer work in education and experience in security roles early in the career.
