Sonia Lucero - Finance and Operations Mgr

Sonia Lucero serves as the Finance and Operations Manager for Spain and Portugal at B&R Industrial Automation, part of the ABB group, since September 2009. In this role, Sonia leads a team focused on achieving professional excellence, optimizing skills, and fostering a positive working environment while managing operations and serving as a liaison between sales, administration, production in Austria, and customers. Prior to this, Sonia held positions as an Audit professional at Audit Granollers, SLP from January 2006 to February 2009, where analysis of business compliance with legal standards was conducted, and as Accounting responsible at Instal·lacions i Muntatges Elèctrics del Vallès, SL from August 2003 to October 2004, where foundational skills and discipline were developed. Educational qualifications include a degree in Management Skills from BIT's Centre de Formació, SLU, a course on The Future of Thinking Machines from UCLA, a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and a degree in Managerial Economics from Universitat de Barcelona.
