Jefferson Kasa

Jefferson Kasa has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Jefferson started their career as a Summer Associate at Tarpon Capital in 2009. Jefferson then moved on to work as a Senior Associate at Banco Votorantim Private Equity from 2010 to 2011. During this time, they also served as a Board Observer at Locamerica. From 2012 to 2014, Jefferson worked as a Senior Associate at Lazard. In 2014, they joined BR Partners Banco de Investimento S/A as a Managing Director, Partner & Head of Private Equity. In the same year, they also became an Investor & Board Member at Shopping Outlet Premium. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Board Observer at Sequoia Soluções Logísticas. In 2017, they became the Board Vice President at Associação Alumni. More recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Investor & Chairman of the Board at PetCamp, and in 2023, they became a Board Member at Veros Hospital Veterinário.

Jefferson Kasa earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in the years 2000 to 2004. Jefferson then went on to pursue an MBA in Business from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, completing it from 2008 to 2010. Furthermore, they acquired a Technical degree in Industrial Mechanics from Senai Roberto Simonsen during the period 1996 to 1999.
