Dale Hamman has a diverse work experience in sales and account management. Dale started their career at RAC auto windscreens as an Account Manager from March 2001 to April 2003. In 2003, they joined Brabantia as a Territory Sales Manager, where they handled over 200 independent customers in the South and promoted the Brabantia brand. Dale then moved on to become a National Account Executive from December 2004 to December 2007, before taking on the role of National Account Manager from January 2008 to January 2017. Currently, Dale serves as the Sales Director at Brabantia, focusing on managing sales and distribution to key accounts such as Amazon, Homebase, B&Q, Dunelm, and The Range. Building customer relationships and implementing strategic plans for profitable growth are their primary responsibilities in this position.

Dale Hamman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BA (Honours) Business Studies from The Open University between 2011 and 2017. They also earned a Certificate of Higher Education in Business Studies from The Open University in 2011-2012. Prior to their university education, they completed their Matric at Edgemead high school from 1992 to 1996.
