Tijn van Elderen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Tijn started their career in 1993 with an internship at Unilever in Bangkok, Thailand. From 1994 to 1998, they worked as a Marketing Manager for Diageo in Hamburg, Germany, and Stockholm, Sweden. In 1999, they became an Area Manager for Brabantia, covering North and South America. Tijn then held various roles within Brabantia, including Manager of Marketing & Development and Sales Director for Brabantia International. In 2011, they became a Member of the Board and later assumed the position of CEO in 2012. Tijn also has experience serving on the Supervisory Board of Copaco and as a Director for Dutchdeluxes. Tijn is currently the Director of Lékué, and also holds positions as a Jurylid for Dutch Design Awards, Toezichthouder for Vitalis WoonZorg Groep, and Ambassador for WeForest.
Tijn van Elderen obtained their MScBA degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, studying from 1987 to 1993.
