Richard Hough

Richard Hough is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and intellectual property law, currently serving as Partner and Head of Commercial & IP and Head of Healthcare at Brabners since June 2022. Prior to this role, Richard was a Partner and Head of Commercial in Manchester at Brabners LLP from July 2008 to June 2022 and held a part-time position as In-house Counsel at Vision+Media from 2009 to 2011. Richard began a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Cobbetts LLP from 2005 to 2007, following a background as a Pharmacist at Kenmore Pharmacy from 1998 to 2004. Richard holds a BSc(Hons) in Pharmacy from The University of Manchester, an LLB(Hons) in Law from The Open University, and a PGDipL in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Chester. Additionally, Richard was a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society from 1989 to 2011.
