In addition to their formal education, Barbaros Tonuc has obtained two additional certifications. In September 2021, they obtained the Certified Payroll Professional certification from the American Payroll Association (APA). Furthermore, in June 2022, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
