Monotosh Roy

Monotosh Roy is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in application development and enterprise systems management. Currently serving as Unit Head and Vice President at BRAC Bank PLC since May 2019, Monotosh leads a team of over 30 professionals, managing critical systems such as Retail/B2C financing applications, RPA, API Gateway, and Oracle ERP. Previous roles include Senior Manager positions at BRAC Bank, Program Director at IBCS-Primax Software Bangladesh Ltd., and Chief Technical Executive at Euro Bangla IT. Monotosh began a career as a Software Engineer at Syngenta Bangladesh Limited and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, along with a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from United International University.
