Umme Salma

Umme Salma has a extensive background in Human Resources, starting as an HR Trainee at BOC and progressing to roles such as HR Executive at Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Umme has experience in organizational development as an HR Manager at Partex Star Group and HR Coordinator at Plan Bangladesh. Currently, Umme serves as the Head of Learning and Development at BRAC Bank PLC. Umme successfully implemented an Online E-learning software for knowledge tests and training for 3000 employees at Eastern Bank Limited, where Umme previously held the same position. Umme Salma holds an MBA in HR from East West University.
