Reza - A - Rabby is a highly experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Senior Psychologist at the BRAC Institute of Educational Development since February 2022 and previously as a Psychologist at the same institution. With a focus on Mental Health and Psycho-Social Support, Md. Reza has provided individual and group counseling and has contributed significantly to mental health awareness initiatives through various roles, including as an EQ Ambassador for EQ4Peace Worldwide, Inc. and as a Student Counselor at the University of Dhaka. Furthermore, Md. Reza has held leadership positions, such as Country Lead for Nurturelife, and has interned in several counseling positions, developing workshops and providing emergency tele-counseling services.
