M.D. al-Mahmud

Md. Al-Mahmud possesses extensive experience in IT support and systems administration, currently serving as a Senior Support Engineer and Senior System Engineer at BRAC IT Services Limited since April 2014. Responsibilities include managing IT planning, support for the MPH Program, online course management, and assisting with data evaluation and training. Prior experience as a System Administrator at JPGSPH, BRAC University from July 2008 to March 2014 involved collaborating with international educational institutions and providing technical support for health study programs. Md. Al-Mahmud holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from North South University, an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Southeast University, and a CCNA certification in Computer Networking from BRAC University.
