Mainur Rahman

Mainur Rahman has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mainur started their career as a Programmer at Inteacc Softech Solutions in 2006. Mainur then joined National Polymer Industries Limited in 2007, where they worked as a Deputy Manager, ERP, overseeing the implementation team and providing technical oversight for ERP systems. In 2012, they moved to Hatim Industries Limited as Deputy Manager, IT & MIS, conducting a gap analysis and leading the implementation of an ERP system. In 2013, they joined BRAC IT as Manager, Enterprise Solution Development, where they led the data team, conducted data migration projects, and optimized ERP performance. Mainur then took on the role of Technical Lead(G4), Database Services at BRAC IT, where they designed data warehouse and reporting services and analyzed data for insights. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Data Services and Analytics at BRAC IT, overseeing three key wings and spearheading the introduction of a Machine Learning wing.

Mainur Rahman has a diverse education history. In 2012, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Finance, General from American International University-Bangladesh. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Engineering from Daffodil International University-DIU in 2006. In terms of secondary education, they completed their HSC at Govt. Science College in 2000 and their SSC at Monipur High School in 1998. Additionally, Mainur has obtained several certifications related to various professional skills, such as communication, leadership, and data analysis.
