Mithun Banik has a diverse range of work experience in the technology field. Mithun started their career as an SEO Executive at I-Seon Solution in 2012 and worked there until 2013. Mithun then moved on to Cybertel USA, where they worked as a Tech Support Executive from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined IPTV World Inc. as a Customer Support Executive, and worked there until 2017. Their most recent role has been at BRAC IT, where they have worked in various positions including Support Engineer, Senior Support Engineer, and currently, as a Lead Support Engineer since September 2023.
Mithun Banik completed a Masters in Information Technology at Jahangirnagar University from 2015 to 2017.
