Julius Mwesigwa

Julius Mwesigwa is an experienced project coordinator and records management professional with a demonstrated history of working in various banking and archival roles. Currently serving as the Lead Project Coordinator for the EDMS Project at BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd since March 2023, Julius focuses on coordinating with departments to address needs, developing business cases, managing project budgets, and implementing software solutions while ensuring user training and ongoing support. Prior to this role, Julius worked as a Supervisor of Records Management at BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd, overseeing the lifecycle of bank records. Experience also includes serving as an Archives Officer at PostBank Uganda Ltd, where responsibilities involved cataloging, preserving historical collections, and managing digitization projects. Previous positions held include Records Clerk at dfcu Bank and Records Personnel at Akili Development Agency Ltd. Julius holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Records and Archives Management from Makerere University.
