Abu Saeem Arif is an experienced Programme Manager currently leading data strategy and insights at BRAC since July 2021, focusing on embedding a data-driven culture and managing analytics projects. Previously, Abu served as Program Manager for Technology for Development and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), where significant achievements included deploying the Salesforce Tarowork platform and ensuring data quality for Urban Development Programme projects. With a decade-long career at mPower Social Enterprises Ltd., Abu held positions including Head of Solution Design & Analytics, leading the design of over 100 Management Information Systems for various organizations globally. Early in the career, Abu contributed to Friends In Village Development Bangladesh and gained initial experience in data collection and research from roles such as Enumerator with IUCN. Academic credentials include a Master's in Social Science from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, a Master's in Computer Application from BRAC University, and ongoing postgraduate studies in Data Science and Business Analytics from the Academy of Business Professionals.
