Joyshri Sarker

Joyshri Sarker is a versatile development and humanitarian professional with 14 years of experience in areas including gender equality, GBV, and adolescent empowerment. Joyshri has held positions such as Research Coordinator at Terre des Hommes Netherlands and Capacity Building Coordinator at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp, where they designed and delivered training on women's protection and gender issues. Joyshri has also worked extensively in project management and knowledge management across various organizations and is currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Geography and Environment at Dhaka University while also enrolled in a Master's program in Social Work at the National University of Bangladesh.
