M.D. Mainul Hossain

Md. Mainul Hossain has over fourteen years of experience in training and development, with a significant tenure at BRAC since October 2009, where roles have included Deputy Manager and Training and Development Lead. In these positions, Mainul has been responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational objectives, managing capacity development events, and ensuring the effective delivery of training content. Prior experience includes serving as Manager Customer Service at Continental Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing operational policies, employee training, and client relations. Md. Mainul Hossain holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Dhaka.
