Rashedur Rahman CHRG is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Deputy Manager of HR & Learning at BRAC since February 2015, where responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures while ensuring data quality in HR systems. Previously, Rashedur worked as Assistant Manager of HRD & Training at Bdjobs.com from January 2010 to August 2013, focusing on organizing training programs and managing HR operations. Rashedur holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rajshahi University and an MBA in HR and Marketing from United International University, along with a Certificate in Human Resource Management Competency from Dhaka University's Institute of Business Administration. Rashedur is currently pursuing a Certification as a Human Resource Generalist from Cambridge Academy of Professionals, expected to be completed in November 2024.
