Sheila Etam

Sheila Etam is a skilled professional with extensive experience in financial services development and climate-smart agriculture. Currently serving as a Product Development Associate at BRAC since May 2023, Sheila supports multiple country entities in creating roadmaps for expanding agrifinance services and operationalizing youth finance assessments. Previously, as Operations Lead at Ukulima Tech from August 2016 to June 2023, Sheila oversaw projects that provided smallholder farmers with essential agricultural information. Sheila's expertise also includes consulting on urban farming design for Nairobi Design Week and acting as a Technical Advisor for the Z-Lab Project, focusing on sustainable food production in rural refugee resettlements. Additional roles have included customer service at Customer Care International and corporate communications at the Kenya Film Classification Board. Sheila holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from The Technical University of Kenya and completed an executive course on branding at the Maastricht School of Management.
