Elizabeth Parker currently serves as Senior Tax Counsel at Bracebridge Capital, LLC, where employment began in October 2021 after previously holding the role of Tax Manager. Prior experience includes working at EY from September 2016 to October 2021 as a Transaction Tax Manager and Transaction Tax Associate. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) in Tax Law/Taxation from Boston University School of Law, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the College of the Holy Cross, obtained in 2011.
