Heather Smith

Heather Smith is currently the Deputy General Counsel, Investments at Bracebridge Capital, LLC since February 2018. Prior to that, Heather worked as Counsel at Ropes & Gray LLP from January 2010 to February 2018. Heather also served as a Secondee at Credit Suisse from February 2012 to May 2013 and gained experience as a Summer Honors Intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in 2007. Heather holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Colgate University.
