Joseph T. Lasher

Joseph Lasher focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters, including federal and state court litigation and international and domestic arbitration. He advises clients through all phases of the litigation process, including motion practice, trial, and settlement. His litigation experience includes breach of contract and fraud claims, bankruptcy litigation, and intellectual property litigation.

Joseph also devotes substantial time to pro bono matters, including representing clients in landlord-tenant disputes and assisting clients in immigration matters.

Joseph previously served as judicial intern to the Honorable Nanette Laughrey of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. He also worked at the Duke Health Justice Clinic as a certified law student, representing clients in disability cases.
