Joshua Robichaud represents clients in matters related to federal and state regulatory policies, regulations and rules applicable to the electric, renewable power, natural gas pipeline and oil pipeline industries. He has experience with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, including enforcement and compliance, centralized energy and capacity markets, transmission and interconnection matters, and oil and natural gas pipeline tariffs. He also has experience with state and federal policy issues relevant to the development of offshore wind, including various state solicitation processes and wholesale power market developments relevant to the industry.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Josh worked as a legal intern for the Environmental Protection Agency and as a legal fellow for the American Wind Association (now, the American Clean Power Association). Before law school, Josh worked for a renewable energy certificate broker in Stamford, Connecticut.
