Mary Donna Bishop’s principal area of work is representing Bracewell in conflicts resolution and the issuance of audit letters. She has also represented clients in a wide variety of general corporate and securities matters, including organization documents for corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and non-profit organizations, as well as in employment agreements and Hart-Scott-Rodino securities filings.
