Tracey Bradley’s consulting practice includes energy regulatory and related business issues before the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and state public utility commissions. Tracey advises a broad cross-section of clients participating in the electric, natural gas and LNG industries with a focus on matters before the DOE and FERC. She also assists clients with open access issues, regulatory strategy, structuring transactions to comply with regulatory requirements, preparation of filings and litigation of contested proceedings involving rates, terms and conditions of service, FERC investigations and compliance reviews, FERC show cause proceedings, FERC standards of conduct issues, and DOE import and export authorizations.

Tracey brings an in-house perspective to her representation, having served as manager of regulatory affairs with Hadson Gas Systems, Inc. (a/k/a LG&E Natural Inc.) for eight years prior to joining Bracewell. She has represented a natural gas marketing company, an intrastate pipeline, and a natural gas gathering company before federal and state regulatory bodies, and marketed natural gas to East Coast local distribution companies.
