Allen Popowitz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and mortgage lending. Currently serving as Partner and Chairman of the Real Estate Law Department at Brach Eichler L.L.C. since September 1995, Allen represents a diverse array of clients including residential and commercial property owners, developers, banks, mezzanine lenders, shopping centers, and condominiums. Previous experience includes a partnership role at Wolf Block from 2003 to 2009, where Allen worked on commercial real estate matters, mortgage lending, and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, as well as positions at Brach, Eichler, Rosenberg, Silver, Bernstein, Hammer & Gladstone from 1995 to 2003. Allen holds a JD from Cardozo School of Law (1995) and a BA in Psychology from Princeton University (1992).
