Eric Magnelli

Eric Magnelli currently serves as a Partner at Brach Eichler LLC, specializing in Labor and Employment as well as Complex Commercial Litigation since April 2013. Prior to this, Magnelli was an Attorney at Carella, Byrne, Cecchi, Olstein, Brody & Agnello from October 2007 to March 2013, focusing on similar areas of law. Earlier in their career, Magnelli held various positions including Field Technician at Advanced Fiber Inc and Mover/Crew Leader at Slattery Moving & Storage, alongside military service in the 1st Battalion 7th Marines where responsibilities included Squad Leader and Platoon Sergeant. Magnelli earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Master's degree in Diplomacy & International Relations from Seton Hall University’s John C. Whitehead School of Diplomacy & International Relations, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from Dominican College.
