John D. Fanburg

John D. Fanburg is a highly experienced attorney specializing in healthcare law and cannabis law, currently serving as Managing Member and Chair of the Healthcare Law Practice at Brach Eichler LLC since 2009. Fanburg provides comprehensive counsel to clients in the healthcare industry on corporate, transactional, legislative, compliance, and investigative matters. In addition to legal practice, Fanburg contributes as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Mountain Ridge Country Club Foundation and as a member of the Healthcare Advisory Board at Caldwell University.
