Susan R. Rubright

Susan R. Rubright is a seasoned attorney specializing in land use, real estate, and environmental law. Currently serving as a Member at Brach Eichler L.L.C. since 2009, Susan represents clients in various land use, real estate, and municipal matters across New Jersey, and litigates both private and public land use issues. Additionally, Susan has held positions as a Board Member at Community Builders and Remodelers since 2011 and previously served as Assistant Counsel and Member at NJPO from 2002 to 2015. Prior to Brach Eichler, Susan was a Partner at Wolf Block Brach Eichler (2005-2009) and Gebhardt & Kiefer (2002-2005), focusing on municipal and land use law.
