Ted McEvoy

Ted McEvoy is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Counsel at Brach Eichler LLC since November 2022. Prior to this, Ted held the position of Of Counsel at Greenberg Traurig LLP from May 2008 to November 2022, focusing on general commercial and civil litigation, class action defense, consumer litigation, and various dispute resolution processes. Ted's earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, handling general commercial litigation and securities class action cases, and serving as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Henry J. Pitman at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Additionally, Ted worked as an Assistant to Staff Counsel at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and as an Assistant to the Managing Clerk at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, LLP. Ted holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University at Albany.
