With a Bachelor's degree in English Literature & Philosophy, Matthew has held various roles in different companies, ranging from Vice President to English Teacher. Matthew currently serves as the Vice President of Client Services at Brad Cecil and Associates, Inc., and as the Co-Founder of Zenith Consulting Group, where Matthew focuses on providing consultative services in organizational development and planning. Throughout their career, Matthew has also been involved in non-profit organizations, serving on boards and overseeing fundraising campaigns.
